Shining Suns (3½ and 4 year olds)

This class starts with fun warm-ups which leads to the use of gross and fine motor skills and basic gymnastics positions. The children then participate in an obstacle course practicing their gymnastics skills. Balance beam, bar and basic moves are introduced.

Mighty Moons (5 and 6 year olds)

This class starts with warm-ups, moves to basic gymnastics skills in an obstacle course atmosphere coupled with other activities geared toward gymnastics. Balance beam, bar, and other age appropriate equipment will be included.

Meteorites (7 through 10 year olds)

This class, geared for the older child, starts with warm-ups.All the fundamental gymnastic skills will be taught, including tumbling.
